Liquid lipsticks have many finishes but matte ones are most popular and at the same time they are not easy to flaunt. Most of them are drying and not every one love the look of their lip lines. I found that ColourPop matte lipsticks are most drying and have different formula for different shades. Their thick layer put me off mostly and i try to blend it with lip brush or fingers.
